Atopic: used to describe people with certain allergic tendencies (e.g. hayfever)

Dry skin rash
Itchiness ✊
Inflammed areas can become blistered and weepy

Self-care:
Avoid triggers and irritants (where possible) ❌
Avoid scratching ❌
Regular moisturisers (also called emollients)
Steroid creams/ointments in some cases

Can lead to skin infections
