 Can take 12-18 months to resolve on its own 📅

What are the symptoms of molluscum contagiosum❓ 

 Skin lumps 

 Small, round, firm swelling 

 Pearly white/ slightly pink 

 Tiny dimple on top 

 If squeezed: white cheesy fluid released 

 Appear in clusters

 Having classical symptoms 

 Skin examination 

How do you treat molluscum contagiosum❓ 

 None needed (resolves on its own) ✅ 

 Prevent spread:  

 Avoid sharing towels/ flannels ❌ 

 Avoid scratching ❌ 

Why should I worry about molluscum contagiosum❓ 

 Scarring (if scratched) 

 Additional bacterial infection
